Scoped per branch
Roles limit exactly what each person can do. Reception can create bookings and check patients in but can't see revenue reports. Doctors can write prescriptions and read notes but can't add insurance providers. Owners see everything. Custom roles let you carve out exactly the scope you need - a nurse who can add lab results but not delete them, a billing clerk who can mark payments but not see notes.
Access is scoped per branch. Dr. Ahmed working at Cairo and Alexandria has separate views for each - patients in one don't show up in the other, and revenue reports respect the same boundary. When someone leaves, you tap 'remove' once and their access is gone from every branch, every device, immediately.

What if a staff member changes their phone number?
The owner updates the phone number on their profile. The next login uses the new number. Their history and role stay intact.
Can I have staff who work at multiple branches?
Yes. Assign them access to multiple branches. Their view lets them switch between branches with a dropdown.
What about the doctor's private notes when they leave?
Notes stay on the patient profile - the departing doctor's identity is preserved for audit, but they can't access the notes anymore.
Is there a limit on how many staff I can invite?
Staff are unlimited. Plans are priced by bookings, and each plan also covers a number of doctors (see pricing): Solo 1 doctor, Team up to 5, Clinic up to 10, and Center unlimited.
